By accessing or using Marching Fantasy League ("MFL," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use MFL. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your password secure and not share it with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MFL to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post or transmit any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to manipulate league scores, standings, or draft results through unauthorized means
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
- Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations
5. Fantasy Game Rules
MFL is a fantasy sports platform based on DCI (Drum Corps International) drum corps performances. Scoring is based on publicly available competition results. We reserve the right to modify scoring rules, league structures, and competition eligibility at any time. All administrative decisions regarding scoring and standings are final.
6. No Real Money or Gambling
MFL is a free-to-play fantasy platform. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through participation. Any in-app features are for entertainment purposes only.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on MFL, including but not limited to the logo, design, text, and code, is the property of Marching Fantasy League and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. DCI scores and corps names are the property of their respective organizations and are used for informational and entertainment purposes.
8. Privacy
By using MFL you agree to our collection and use of basic account information (email address, username) for the purpose of operating the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may contact you with important updates related to your account or the platform.
9. Disclaimers
MFL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of scores, or that the service will be free of errors. Score data is sourced from publicly available competition results and may be subject to delays or corrections.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marching Fantasy League and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of MFL after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its community.
